A seasonal twist on a classic festive cocktail.

45ml Belgrove Hazelnut Rum
30ml Crème de cacao
30ml Double Cream
M E T H O D
Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard for about 6 seconds. Double strain into a frozen coupe or stemmed cocktail glass. To garnish, grate fresh nutmeg over the top of the drink. Sip & Enjoy!

The classic dessert cocktail is perfect this time of year, I’ve replaced the traditional cognac base for a Demerara Rum with toasted hazelnut flavour for the perfect Christmas cocktail. Creamy, nutty and decadent - this drink is so easy to put together with 3 ingredients and is a real crowd pleaser. It reminds me of a boozy milkshake - which slips down almost too easily! I feel guilty for liking this drink so much.
