Adrift

A cocktail inspired by the Kon-Tiki expedition, a 1947 journey by raft across the Pacific Ocean from South America to the Polynesian islands, led by Norwegian explorer and writer Thor Heyerdahl.

Ingredients

45ml Bareksten Gin
30ml Plum syrup
25ml Pineapple juice
25ml Lime juice
20ml Ice cider
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake over ice, double strain into a tall glass.

Garnish with a plum and mint bouquet.
